Morning watch at the new African squat

No Borders activists went to stand outside the new African squat early in the morning as there were numerous arrests the morning before (see below). At 8 am the Police Nationale arrived, the activists alerted the migrants there were possibly two arrests. Some workers turned up to board part of the building. The owner of the building also turned up and told us the building will be demolished but only in a few years.

There are also some unconfirmed reports of migrants arrested outside food distribution.

After NEXT Thursday Salam goes on holidays for six weeks, and there will be only one meal (lunch) a day distributed by Belle Etoile. So if people come with vehicles please bring food stuff, call the communication phone before. We cannot shoulder the task of feeding the migrants in the evening, and also have other things to do, but probably can give a hand.
