Blankets and tents taken

Today, whilst migrants were at the food distribution, 40 police from Police Nationale and the Police Aux Frontieres came and cleared the blankets and tents. Police and council workers wearing white suits then sprayed chemicals around the area.

All No Borders activists were “controlled” (ID’d). On Thursday 11th March the BCMO where many migrants slept during the winter was shut. Since then people have camped and slept outside it, mainly Pashto. On Tuesday police came and began the process of clearing the area as we feared. CRS arrested randomly about 20 migrants.
